Dancing the 5 Rhythms is a practice—a dynamic way to both workout and meditate in the same breath. The 5Rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness are states of being that can mark the way back to a real self, a vulnerable, wild, passionate self.
Clay brings 25 years experience as a student in the 5Rhythms to his new chapter as a Teacher. Clay believes that 5Rhythms is not about learning to do a dance correctly, but rather about learning to bring who you are on the inside out into the light and into all aspects of your life.

It is a fun, aerobic and improvisational class that encourages participants to experience the benefits of thoughtful, unchoreographed movement and creates a foundation for each dancer to open up to all the possibilities of movement and style.
The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is a holistic approach to movement designed to meet the needs of people of all ages and abilities. Some of the benefits include increased strength and flexibility (particularly of the core and spine), improved posture, body awareness, renewed energy, vitality and a general sense of well-being.
GYROKINESIS® is a group mat and stool class for complete body conditioning.
GYROTONIC® is a private, one-on-one session with GYROTONIC® equipment.

To be eligible for Pre-Pointe, a minimum of two ballet classes per week are required. To be eligible for Pointe, a minimum of three ballet classes per week are required. Students will be evaluated on a case by case basis as to their readiness for Pointe.

Developing Dance From Within
Never tapped before but always wanted to try? Used to tap, but you are feeling rusty? Want to try something new and fun? Melanie's tap class focuses on technique and musicality while maintaing an atmosphere of pure fun. Tap will be taught through rhythm exercises, short combinations of steps and across the floor work. Class culminates in a longer theater style tap combination. Everyone welcome!
